On Saturday 11th July, 20 of our EPIC Martial Arts students from various training locations in Portishead, Nailsea, Bradley Stoke and Filton came together to deliver a demonstration at a primary school in Portishead. The setting was superb with a packed event and gorgeous weather for an outdoor display. Our team consisted of varying Kung Fu and Kickboxing grades including three of our junior coaches. The crowd were very welcoming as we delivered some fitness, flexibility, line work, pad work, traditional syllabus, self defence and sparring. We handed out lots of flyers to a large crowd of interested Kung fu and Kickboxing prospects. We are hoping to demo at Portishead Primary School again in 2016.
