Our Adults Kickboxing classes bring together fitness, discipline, and focus, designed for all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced martial artists.
Led by expert coaches with real competitive experience, every session pushes you to move better, think sharper, and feel stronger.

In every class:

• Dynamic warm-up to build mobility and stamina.
• Technical drills in striking, movement, and defence.
• Pad and bag work for accuracy, timing, and power.
• Optional sparring to test skills in a safe, controlled setting.

Each workout is structured to challenge both body and mind, improving fitness, flexibility, and coordination while building focus and self-belief.
Whether your goal is to get fit, learn something new, or chase competition success, you’ll train alongside a community that drives each other to be better.

Students can progress through a structured belt grading system, earning recognition as skills and confidence grow. For those ready to take it further, there are opportunities to compete locally, nationally, and internationally, guided and supported by EPiC’s experienced coaching team.
