Cardiff Epic 10k

The first addition of the Cardiff Epic Trail 10k went down a blast this year, selling out in just a FEW WEEKS! Hundreds of people turned up on a hot day in July to soak up the pure beauty of Fforest Fawr.
The route within the Forest has certainly got that key element of ‘Tough’ and comprises some stunning views, including the historic Castell Coch.
If you haven’t been to a Tough Runner event before, you’re in for a surprise! We like to think of it as more than just a race, we make extra effort to make sure it’s a day for you to remember!
There will be lots of Marshalls on route to encourage you along the way, plenty of water and sweeties. A full scale event set up with great music to get you in the mood.
The 10k race is open to all levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Everyone is welcome to sign up.
