What better way to kick off 2016 than bringing all of our groups together for a good old EPIC beasting!

Session will be led by head coach Andy Cleeves

10.00-11.00am Combat Conditioning

11.00-11.45am Drills & Pad Work

11.45-12.30 Sparring

This open to students from all of our groups age 8 years and above.
