EPIC Adult Grading

This grading is suitable for adults attempting any of their first three grades in either or both Lau Gar Kung Fu or Kickboxing

Pre Registration is NOT required but suitability to grade must be discussed with your instructor before attending and you will need an up to date WAKO licence to take part.
