EPIC Super Saturday hosted by Professional Boxer & English Middle Weight Champion Danny Butler

We are very excited to present our first in a series of “EPIC Super Saturday’s”. The purpose of this series of seminars is as follows:

– A chance to bring students from all locations together

– To provide the option to broaden our students skills by covering material outside the normal syllabus

– To offer the ability to gain knowledge, experience and inspiration from some of the worlds leading Combat, Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning experts.

We have invited professional boxer and current English Middle Weight Champion Danny Butler to host the first Super Saturday of 2015.

Times & details as follows:

12-1pm: 12 yrs and under – Physical & Mental Conditioning with EPIC Founder Andy Cleeves

1-2pm: ALL AGES -Fundamentals of Boxing with Danny Butler – particular focus on guard, head movement and close game.

2-3pm: 13yrs and over –  Physical & Mental Conditioning with EPIC Founder Andy
