Kids Easter Course

The Hub Gym, EPIC Martial Arts & CrossFit Portishead have partnered to combine the very best coaching and facilities to create the ultimate, fun and challenging KIDS EASTER HOLIDAY CLUB. The course will take place over 2 days inviting members from all three organisations to come together to take part in exciting chllenges, learn new skills and have lots and lots of fun. Each day will run from 10am-3pm and the course is suitable for ages 5-15yrs.

Course content:

– Different fitness disciplines
– Games & challenges
– Self defence
– Team work & awards

Course coaches:

Andy Cleeves mulitple World, European & British Kickboxing Champion.

Claire Cleeves level 3 Personal trainer, level 1 CrossFit trainer, CrossFit Kids trainer, Total Barre instructor and Piyo instructor.

Plus assistnats.
