HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a class that does exactly what it says in the name, you train at a high intensity to get your heart rate up and burn lots of calories.
The class incorporates bodyweight exercises with some weighted and cardio exercises, so that you can improve fitness and general condition. This class is one that will give you a big sweat out, in a short space of time, resulting in an increased calorie-burn and great results.
This class works well with all other classes, because base cardio is important for everybody!
