HIIT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a class that does exactly what it says in the name, you train at a high intensity to get your heart rate up and burn lots of calories. 

The class incorporates bodyweight exercises with some weighted exercises and also cardio exercises so that you can improve fitness and general condition. This class is one that will give you a big sweat out in a short space of time, meaning that you will have an increased calorie-burn and reap great results with regular training.

This class works well with all other classes, because base cardio is important for everybody!
