EPiC Kickfit is a class aimed at those of you who loved a lower body workout or who feel that is an area that you need to work on. With a variety of lower body workout routines to get your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calf muscles working. The exercises are incorporated with combat kicking movements to give your muscles the shock they need to improve in strength, endurance and size as well as giving you some kick-striking knowledge!
The classes will have a stretch, expert technical demonstrations and of course you’ll receive appropriate encouragement as you work through the rounds. There will be timed rounds to ensure that you are working to your ability and you will never be expected to compete against anyone else in the class so you can remain at whatever pace works best for you!
This class works very well alongside Ab Attack and Funktion to build a well-rounded training plan for you.
