A class that utilises equipment for explosive, isometric and functional movements that will give you an EPiC sweat out! Medball Blitz is an all-over body workout with the purpose of improving your conditioning, as well as the added bonus of being able to leave you feeling both pumped but content with the results!
Technical coaching is given with full demonstration during classes so that you feel comfortable with the movement and the workouts are designed so that you can push yourself to your own level and focus on improving your current levels of fitness. There are also bodyweight movements thrown in to get your heart-rate rising high enough to increase the calorie-burn. The dynamic movements involved with Medball Blitz will create an explosive power to your body that will help with many every-day life tasks such as climbing stairs, lifting heavy shopping bags and having to move objects around at work and home.
This class works very well in addition to Yoga for a balanced workout regime and any martial arts classes.
