Old Skool Conditioning is a varied conditioning class that is perfect for transforming your body and mind into something you’ve always wanted it to be. Because of its similar style to a bootcamp, one of the best features of this class is that it uses alot of ‘Old Skool’ movements and equipment and is varied each week, so you’ll never have two workouts the same!
The class is fairly high-paced and will enable you to improve your cardio, muscle tone and your body composition. The workouts will consist of explosive movements (both weighted and with your body weight), as well as incorporating different methods of endurance training, resistance training and it is guaranteed to push you to your limits!
Old Skool classes are known to be great for calorie burning. These classes go very well with EPiC Active Yoga or Pilates, as well as with all martial arts classes.
