EPiC Spartan Circuits is a well-organised class where you will be working either by yourself or in a small group, as you go through a full-body workout station by station. The time you spend on each station will be the same, but will vary week by week depending on what our expert coaches have set for the class. There will be a stretch and of course professional tuition on how to use the equipment and each movement during the classes.
Having kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, steps, boxes, tyres, slam balls, medicine balls, wall balls, hurdles, prowlers, battle ropes, cones, rings, pull-up bars, punchbags and a range of specialist cardio equipment available, means that you’ll never do the same work-out twice. This is all without the addition of bodyweight movements to build a strong and toned body, increase base fitness, explosive power and strength.
This class compliments martial artists and anybody who is looking to add to their cardio training. We advise taking up EPiC Active Yoga during your training plan with this one as it will give you a great stretch, to compliment your new found strength!
