Weighted Burn is predominantly a light-weighted workout with high repetitions to build your muscular endurance and sustainability. The occasional bodyweight movement will be added to the sets in the classes to compound the effects of the exercise and to improve the muscular output when training over a longer period of time. The aim is to improve your stamina and this will improve your general strength and fitness.
Another advantage of training in Weighted Burn is that you can learn all of the movements that you will learn on the gym floor in a controlled class environment, as well as picking up different ways to train your favourite movements. As with all EPiC classes, our professional coaches will demonstrate the full technique and allow you to learn at your own pace.
This class works very well with Funktion and with an Open Gym training programme.
