Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling Martial Art and our kids class is designed to build a strong foundation in it.
Under Head Coach Wayne Arandjelovic, children will be taught self-defence techniques that incorporate BJJ drills and interactive games which help to develop the fundamental skills and basic principles, techniques and movements involved in BJJ.
EPiC BJJ is affiliated with Newport MMA.
Kids BJJ classes cater for all abilities.
