Kysia’s fitness journey began at a young age through dance, going on to complete an NVQ Level 3 in Dance during college. This early foundation shaped a lasting passion for movement, while also developing a deeper interest in strength, fitness, and performance.
From there, Kysia spent time exploring bodybuilding, gaining valuable experience in strength training, nutrition, and the discipline required to achieve long-term results.
Since joining EPiC, Kysia has continued to expand their knowledge, explore different training styles, and develop their coaching skills. They now lead a range of fitness classes, bringing energy, structure, and support to every session, with a focus on helping people of all levels feel challenged and motivated.
Currently working towards a Level 4 Personal Training qualification, Kysia is committed to ongoing development and delivering a high standard of coaching across the EPiC community.
