Lizzy has been active for as long as she can remember. Inspired by gymnastics as a child and involved in every sport she could find, it was clear early on that her future would be rooted in fitness. As an adult, she discovered CrossFit and went on to compete for two years both individually and as part of a team, building an impressive level of strength, conditioning and resilience.
After developing a strong physique through CrossFit, Lizzy shifted her focus toward more functional, structured training to support long-term progress. That journey led her to EPiC Gym, where she found the perfect environment to refine her technique, build strength and pursue her goals. Her passion for weight training quickly became obvious, and it wasn’t long before she stepped confidently into a coaching role.
Today, Lizzy is best known for her Lower Body Sculpt (LBS) classes, no surprise given her love for glute and leg training. Through her own training, she has relieved chronic lower back pain, built functional strength and improved her day-to-day movement, and she brings that knowledge directly into her coaching.
For Lizzy, coaching at EPiC doesn’t feel like work, it’s simply where she belongs. She loves every aspect of fitness, thrives on helping others get stronger and is surrounded by a team that inspires her to stay at the top of her game.
