Nic joined the EPiC team in 2018 and quickly became an essential part of the organisation, stepping into the role of Operations Manager. With a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in sales processes, systems, and recruitment, Nic brings a wealth of organisational expertise, people skills and operational discipline to the running of the club.

Her connection to EPiC began long before she joined the team. Both of her children, George and Livi, train at the club, with George having achieved incredible success, including becoming the WAKO European Champion in 2019. This firsthand experience as a parent gives Nic a unique insight into the member journey and the needs of EPiC families.

Nic is the go-to person for all things EPiC merchandise, ensuring members look the part on and off the mats. She also plays a major role in the planning and organisation of EPiC events, helping to shape everything behind the scenes so our students, coaches and families enjoy a seamless experience.

Known for her patience, friendliness and approachable nature, Nic is someone everyone finds easy to work with. She keeps herself active by training in several of EPiC’s fitness classes each week, reflecting the same values she helps promote across the club.

In addition to her professional expertise, Nic is a qualified gymnastics coach and holds a BSc in Sports Science, further strengthening the coaching and operational foundation of the EPiC team.
