Before
Once you have registered for the course, we will ask you to complete a health screening form which will also include questions to help us understand your personal goals and any useful background information. You will be added to our transformation support groups via WhatsApp and Facebook and introduced to the group that will be helping you transform both your body and mind over the next 10 weeks.

At the start
We will meet as a transformation group every Saturday 6-8pm. We will kickstart your motivation on week one with a nutritional talk by our group of expert trainers. We will take your starting body measurements and before pictures if desired making sure you feel comfortable along the way. The remainder of the session will focus on our approach to exercise and getting you super inspired. We will carry out some testing to measure your strength, mobility, endurance and cardio-vascular fitness. We will finish by giving you a comprehensive information pack detailing the methods discussed and everything you need to get started and stay on track. Then over the weekend you will be emailed your own individual nutritional targets giving you daily calorie and macro nutrient goals.

This is a group effort and we measure our performance on your results. You will have unlimited access to use of our state of the arts gym facilities and all fitness classes throughout the duration of the course. We can help recommend what sessions would best suit you based on times, preference and ability. You will receive daily support in terms of training tips as well as lots of meal ideas to help you meet your individual daily nutritional targets. We will use each of the Saturday sessions to catch up on weekly progress and help you explore different types of training. We will be on hand 24/7 to answer any questions, keep you accountable and inject you with motivation when you most need it.
