EPiC Funktion classes are great for building confidence in your personal weight training, and for getting back into the gym if you’ve had an injury. The class will build you a balanced body with a methodical workout that targets all of your body’s big muscles in turn. This will give you functional strength which will improve your ability to perform everyday tasks, such as carrying shopping, picking up the kids or climbing stairs.
Our professional instructors will help you to understand what each movement does and why you should train it. Technical demonstrations during each class will ensure that correct form is learned and that you are not lifting beyond what you are safely capable of.
This class is a great build-up to doing more in the open gym, as well as returning from injury.
