EPiC junior fitness is a class aimed at the younger generation and its sole aim is to build well rounded athletes out of all junior EPiC members,
This does not mean an athlete in the conventional sense of being a competitor but in the sense of building a well-rounded muscular strength and endurance, as well as an improved cardio output. Being a more athletic person will open lots of doors and opportunities for joining teams, solo training and becoming more confident!
Then there is the style in which junior fitness is taught. With an educational mentality behind the class structure, this class is great for young members to understand the basics of exercise, how to perform it with good form and what the benefits are!
This class goes well with any other kids programme, to improve their base strength and fitness
