Children’s health, wellbeing and fitness is very important but just like for adults, it needs to be worked on and this is a class designed specifically to achieve that. Kids conditioning is a way of developing better all-round body tone and strength, as well as an improved cardio ability.

Our professional coaches design classes to give every child the opportunity to improve their weaknesses and further develop their strengths and also to develop improved co-ordination, balance, confidence and all-round wellbeing.
