EPiC PadFit is a combat based class that will give you much more than just a calorie burn. PadFit is a fusion of padwork performed with intensity and bodyweight exercises. The sessions will consist of a warm-up and dynamic stretch to get the body warm and ready for the main workout. A high-energy combat workout that will include bodyweight exercises and occasionally some static hold work. There will be a technical element and correct form will be taught for hitting pads as this will prevent injury and ensure that you are working the correct muscles for the strikes and ultimately the best possible results!
Each of our PadFit instructors are respected martial artists in their own right and have a lot of experience in both fitness coaching, as well as martial arts instruction! This means that you are in good hands for the workout, with the added bonus that it can release any stresses that carry over from all other elements of life!
