EPiC Padfit is combat based class that will give you way more than just a calorie burn. Padfit is a fusion of padwork performed with intensity and bodyweight exercises. The sessions consist of a warm-up and dynamic stretch to get the body warm and ready for the main workout, a high-energy and suitably paced combat workout that will include bodyweight exercises and occasionally some static hold work. There will also be a technical element and correct form will be taught for hitting pads as this will prevent injury and ensure that you are working the correct muscles for the strikes and ultimately the best possible results!
Each of our padfit instructors are respectable martial artists in their own right and have alot of experience in both fitness coaching, as well as martial arts instruction! This means that you are in good hands to have a workout with the added bonus that it can release any stresses that carry over from all other elements of life!
